finca "son lledoner", mallorca, spain

it is a delicate house with handmade cement tiled and pebbled floors, full of antiques and carefully collected things which embody my taste, my life’s journey and who i am. i can imagine to open my doors to two like minded and appreciative couples and a friend, who would perceive and treat my home as if it was theirs.

upstairs, lies a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a big, wrap around  terrace with stunning mountain - and views into cypress lined and olive orchard landscapes. there is another charming bedroom, ideally for a single person with a small bathroom for its own use.

downstairs has a beautiful living dining room, a winter garden lounge and terraces on both sides of the house - i have created many intimate and cosy corners to sit, eat, drink, read, chat and enjoy the lovely garden. a separate little casita features a double bedroom, bathroom and a mini kitchen .

the pool, has a very generous size for a proper swim!

the finca is located in the wine region of the island, perfect for walking, cycling, sight seeing the nearest beaches in alcudia or palma are only 25 min away. there are amazing choices for  great restaurants from simple to the most sophisticated, bodegas for wine tastings, beach clubs - or one simply makes a barbecue at home.
